Sag Moon Magic has become aware of ongoing impersonation attempts involving fake social media accounts, fraudulent websites, and unauthorized use of our name, image, content, and links.

Please review the information below carefully to protect yourself.

Official Accounts and Communication
Sag Moon Magic’s only official social media accounts and point of contact are:

We are in the process of changing our domain to sagmoonmagic.com, but until that is announced sagmoonmagic.wixsite.com/mysite remains our only website.

Sag Moon Magic will never initiate contact through direct messages, private messages, comments, or unsolicited communication on any platform.

 

All legitimate communication is user initiated.
Any message claiming to be from Sag Moon Magic that does not come from this email address is fraudulent.

The only official website for Sag Moon Magic is:

The website is accessed exclusively through the official Linktree linked on the verified TikTok and Instagram accounts.

Sag Moon Magic does not have an Etsy shop. Any Etsy listings claiming to offer Sag Moon Magic services are fraudulent.

All legitimate bookings generate an automatic confirmation email from sagmoonmagic@gmail.com.

How to Verify It Is Really Us
Before engaging, booking, or sending payment, please confirm all of the following:

• The account did not message you first

• The account username is exactly @sagmoonmagic with no extra letters, numbers, or symbols.

• The email is sagmoonmagic@gmail.com with no extra letters, numbers, or symbols.

• The website link leads to https://sagmoonmagic.wixsite.com/mysite

• The website was accessed through the official Sag Moon Magic Linktree

• A confirmation email was received from sagmoonmagic@gmail.com

• No services were offered through direct messages or private communication

• No Etsy listings, phone numbers, weird links or other alternative points of contact are involved.

• If any of these conditions are not met, the account or website is not legitimate.

Reporting Impersonation or Fraud
If you believe you have encountered a fake account or website impersonating Sag Moon Magic, please contact sagmoonmagic@gmail.com and include the following information:

• Screenshots of the impersonating account or website

• Any listed points of contact

• Screenshots of messages or transaction records if applicable

This information allows us to document fraudulent activity, issue cease and desist notices, and pursue appropriate legal action.

Any individual or entity impersonating Sag Moon Magic or using the Sag Moon Magic name, image, content, branding, or links without authorization is engaging in fraudulent activity.
