This Refund & Cancellation Policy should be read in conjunction with the Sag Moon Magic Terms & Conditions. References to section numbers below correspond to the applicable clauses within the full Terms & Conditions.

Sag Moon Magic provides personalized spiritual and ritual services that are custom, time-based, and energetically prepared for each individual client. Due to the nature of this work, the following policy applies to all purchases.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only prior to the commencement of ritual preparation.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

If a cancellation request is received before any preparation or ritual work has begun, a full refund will be issued.

2. Communication Requirement
(See Terms & Conditions, Section 11)
All requests related to cancellations, modifications, or concerns must be submitted in writing to:

Communication sent through social media platforms, direct messages, comments, or third-party messaging systems does not constitute official notice.

3. When a Service Is Considered In Progress
(See Terms & Conditions, Section 8)
A service is considered in progress once any form of preparation or spiritual work has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Selection of ritual materials (candles, herbs, oils, resins, crystals, etc.)

Petition writing or intention setting
-
Altar preparation
-
Energetic charging or ritual setup
-
Any spiritual labor performed in connection with the order
Once preparation or ritual work has commenced, the service is non-refundable.

4. Order Modifications
(See Terms & Conditions, Section 12)
In certain cases, Sag Moon Magic may allow an order to be modified before work has begun.

All modification requests must be submitted in writing

Approval is granted at the sole discretion of Sag Moon Magic

The replacement service must be of equal or lesser value, unless additional payment is made
Order modifications are considered a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

5. European Union & United Kingdom Notice
(See Terms & Conditions, Section 9)
For clients located in the European Union or the United Kingdom:
By placing an order, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of a personalized service.
You acknowledge and agree that once preparation or ritual work has begun, your statutory right of withdrawal is waived to the extent permitted under applicable law.

6. Dissatisfaction & Resolution Process

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, you agree to first contact Sag Moon Magic directly by email at:

Clients agree to make a good faith effort to resolve concerns prior to initiating any dispute, chargeback, or claim through a financial institution.

Sag Moon Magic reserves the right to review each concern and determine whether clarification or reasonable accommodation is appropriate.

7. Disputes and Future Service Eligibility

Failure to follow the required resolution process, including initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Sag Moon Magic, constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Sag Moon Magic reserves the right to decline or refuse future services to any client who initiates unjustified disputes or fails to make a good faith effort to resolve concerns directly.

8. Relationship to Terms & Conditions

This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of the Sag Moon Magic Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to both this policy and the full Terms & Conditions (Sections 1-24).

Relevant provisions, including those relating to refunds, cancellations, disputes, and limitations, shall continue to apply as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
