Sag Moon Magic operates within the State of Michigan. By placing an order with Sag Moon Magic, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Nature of Services
Sag Moon Magic provides personalized spiritual ritual services performed remotely.
All services are spiritual, symbolic, and metaphysical in nature and are offered solely for entertainment purposes.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

2. Delivery of Services
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a ritual service conducted at a distance.
Your payment covers the practitioner’s time, preparation, spiritual work, and the use of ritual materials such as candles, herbs, oils, resins, crystals, pearls, written petitions, and other tools selected as part of the ritual process.

These materials are used in the performance of the ritual itself and remain the property of Sag Moon Magic. No physical products or ritual items are shipped or delivered to you.
Delivery of the service occurs through the performance and completion of the ritual work. Order confirmations and service-related communication are provided via email.

Sag Moon Magic maintains internal records of order timing, service commencement, and completion for documentation and dispute resolution purposes.

3. No Guarantee of Results
Sag Moon Magic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or outcome of any service.

Completion of a service does not imply or guarantee any specific result.

All services are spiritual in nature and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances and factors beyond the control of Sag Moon Magic.

4. No Reliance
You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statements, descriptions, testimonials, or representations made by Sag Moon Magic as guarantees of factual, measurable, or objective outcomes.
All services are understood to be spiritual and subjective in nature. Your decision to purchase is made voluntarily and based on your own discretion.

5. Age Requirement
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
6. Client Responsibility for Local Compliance
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and use of spiritual services from Sag Moon Magic is permitted under the laws and regulations of their local jurisdiction.

Sag Moon Magic makes no representation regarding the legality of spiritual or metaphysical services in any specific country, state, or region outside of the State of Michigan.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws in your place of residence.

7. Order Processing and Delays
All stated timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed completion dates.
Delays may occur due to, but are not limited to:

Practitioner health or disability-related limitations

Energetic readiness of the work

High order volume
-
Weather or environmental conditions affecting the practitioner’s workspace

Internet service interruption
-
Third-party payment processor or service provider disruptions
-
Unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances
A delay does not constitute non-delivery of service.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Sag Moon Magic provides personalized spiritual and ritual services that are customized and time-based.
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the commencement of ritual preparation.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sagmoonmagic@gmail.com.
​
If ritual work has not begun at the time the cancellation request is received, a refund will be issued.
Ritual preparation includes, but is not limited to, selection of materials, petition drafting, altar preparation, charging, or other spiritual labor undertaken in connection with the order.

Once preparation or ritual work has commenced, the service is considered in progress and is non-refundable due to the time, preparation, materials, and spiritual labor invested.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

9. European Union and United Kingdom Right of Withdrawal Notice
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a personalized spiritual service.

By placing your order, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service prior to the expiration of any statutory withdrawal period.
​
You understand and agree that once ritual preparation or performance has begun, your right of withdrawal is waived to the extent permitted under applicable law.

10. Dissatisfaction, Disputes, and Client Responsibility
If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, the client agrees to provide written notice to Sag Moon Magic detailing the concern by contacting sagmoonmagic@gmail.com.

Clients agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any concerns directly with Sag Moon Magic prior to initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or claim through a financial institution.
​
Sag Moon Magic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review the matter and determine whether clarification or reasonable accommodation is appropriate.
​
Failure to follow this required resolution process, including initiating a dispute or chargeback without prior written contact, constitutes a violation of these Terms. In the event of a dispute, Sag Moon Magic may submit order confirmation, timestamps, and service documentation as evidence of authorization and performance.
​
Sag Moon Magic reserves the right to decline or refuse future services to any client who initiates unjustified disputes, chargebacks, or fails to engage in good faith resolution.
11. Client Communication
All inquiries, concerns, cancellation requests, or disputes must be submitted in writing to sagmoonmagic@gmail.com.
Communication through social media platforms, direct messages, comments, or third-party messaging systems does not constitute valid notice under these Terms.
Only written communication sent to the designated email address is recognized as official correspondence.
12. Order Modifications at Discretion
Sag Moon Magic may, at its sole discretion, allow a delayed order to be modified before work has begun.
The replacement service must be of equal or lesser value unless additional payment is made.
All modifications require explicit written approval.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Sag Moon Magic is under no obligation to approve any modification.
Order modifications are a courtesy and do not constitute an entitlement.

13. Intellectual Property​
All content, ritual structures, spiritual methodologies, product names, service descriptions, written materials, images, branding elements, and related content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Sag Moon Magic.

No part of any ritual framework, written communication, or service description may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Proof of service and communications provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be publicly redistributed without permission.

14. Privacy and Non-Contact Policy
Any personal information voluntarily provided by the client for the purpose of performing a spiritual service will be used solely in connection with that service and for order fulfillment.
Sag Moon Magic does not sell, share, distribute, or disclose client information to third parties except as required by law.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business records, compliance, and fulfillment purposes.

Sag Moon Magic does not contact, approach, monitor, or conduct outreach toward any third party in connection with services purchased.
Sag Moon Magic does not communicate with, interfere with, attempt to influence, or engage in surveillance, harassment, impersonation, or any form of direct or indirect contact with individuals related to a client’s request.

15. Force Majeure
Sag Moon Magic shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Serious illness or medical incapacity

Severe weather events

Flooding or unsafe working conditions

Natural disasters

Government restrictions or emergencies

Internet or third-party service disruptions
Performance of services may be suspended until conditions allow safe and reasonable continuation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sag Moon Magic shall not be held liable for:

Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes

Delays caused by health, environmental conditions, or force majeure events

Decisions or actions taken by the client based on services provided
The total cumulative liability of Sag Moon Magic for any claim arising out of or relating to any service shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall Sag Moon Magic be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

17. Indemnification
By purchasing services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sag Moon Magic, its owner, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and Sag Moon Magic regarding the purchase and provision of services.
No oral statements, prior agreements, informal communications, or representations outside of these written Terms shall be considered binding.

22. Survival
The provisions relating to limitation of liability, refund and cancellation policy, dispute requirements, breach of terms, intellectual property, governing law, and any other sections intended by their nature to survive shall remain in effect after completion of services.

24. Breach of Terms and Service Refusal

In the event of a breach, Sag Moon Magic reserves the right to:
