How Orders Work at SAG MOON MAGIC LLC

Required Information for All Orders
To complete your spellwork, spell jar, tarot reading, or tutoring session, the following information is required after purchase:

• Your order number

• The type of service you have purchased

• Your intentions and any relevant background information

• Full names and dates of birth for all individuals involved

If you do not have the full name of a person involved, a short and clear description of what you remember or know is acceptable. All information is treated respectfully and used solely to guide the work.

Service-Specific Details
Different services have slightly different requirements and delivery formats. Please review the following based on what you plan to order:

Candle Rituals

• Require names, birthdates, and clear intentions

• A confirmation email will be sent after the ritual is complete, including photo documentation

Spell Jars

• Require names, birthdates, and clear intentions

• A confirmation email will be sent once the jar is completed

• No photo documentation is included

Written Tarot Readings

• Require your specific questions or areas of life you'd like insight into

• Delivered in written format via email

Live Tarot Readings and Spiritual Tutoring
If you purchase a live session, you will be contacted by email to:

• Schedule a time based on mutual availability

• Receive a private video link and instructions for your session

For tutoring sessions, please send a brief note about what you'd like to focus on. This helps tailor the session to your goals.

What to Expect

Candle Rituals

Candle Rituals are offered as both individual magic workings, as well as collective magic workings, they are crafted and tailored to your specific intentions in both ritual types . You will receive an email from us after purchase confirming an estimated time period for spell completion. When the working has been completed, you will receive an additional email with photo confirmation of your candle ritual.

Jar Spells

Jar Spells are collective magic workings performed during significant planetary events and offered as an affordable alternative to Candle Rituals. Your name is added to a shared petition and included in a group jar alongside other clients as part of a collective ritual. Because these workings involve multiple participants and contain sensitive information, photo confirmations are not provided for Jar Spells. After purchase, you will receive an email confirming that your jar spell has been completed and that your name has been included in the working.

Delivery of Services

Sag Moon Magic provides personalized spiritual ritual services performed remotely.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a ritual service conducted at a distance. Your payment covers the practitioner’s time, preparation, spiritual work, and the use of ritual materials such as candles, herbs, oils, resins, crystals, pearls, written petitions, and other tools selected as part of the ritual process.

These materials are used in the performance of the ritual itself and remain the property of Sag Moon Magic. No physical products or ritual items are shipped or delivered to you.

Delivery of the service occurs through the performance and completion of the ritual work. Order confirmations and service-related communication are provided via email.

Important Notice About the Practitioner
Sag Moon Magic is run by a disabled and chronically ill practitioner. These are lifelong health conditions that can affect the timeline for order completion. Spellwork is only performed when the practitioner is well enough to do so safely and energetically. We thank you sincerely for your patience, kindness, and understanding.

As of January 13, 2026, Sag Moon Magic now includes dedicated customer service support.

• Order timelines remain unchanged due to the nature of the work
